We maintain the gap register, request missing evidence, review corrections and send progress updates. Supplier waiting time is shown transparently.
Receive the final project package.
We hand over the verified documentation, the action status and any remaining obligations. A positive assessment depends on adequate evidence and completed corrective actions.

Frequently asked questions

Do you contact our manufacturer directly?: Yes. With your authorisation, we handle the agreed technical communication directly. This is included in all full compliance packages without a separate communication fee.
Can we use existing test reports?: We review whether the reports cover the actual product, relevant configuration and necessary requirements. Existing evidence may be usable, but we do not assume it is adequate merely because a report exists.
What happens when evidence is missing?: We identify the missing evidence, explain the required next steps and follow up with the manufacturer. We keep unverified points open until adequate evidence is available.
Does the package include laboratory fees?: Not unless expressly stated in the quotation. The full package includes agreed coordination, while external costs require approval.
Can you guarantee an EU approval?: No. We provide consultancy and a documented assessment, not an official market approval. A positive project outcome depends on the product, evidence and implementation of necessary corrective actions.
Is the complete project finished in two days with Express?: No. Express concerns the confirmed initial assessment. Testing, manufacturer changes and final gap closure have separate timelines.
