Direct manufacturer communication is included in all full packages. No separate manufacturer-management surcharge applies to work within the agreed scope.
Starting prices assume one defined product or agreed model family, an identified manufacturer and an agreed documentation and market scope. Related packaging obligations must be included in the scope or explicitly identified as a separate workstream. Changes are agreed before additional work begins.
Displayed prices are for initial guidance. The final scope and project fee are quoted individually after the product review and initial consultation.

Initial assessment within 3 business days for an accepted, appropriately sized scope.
+25% of consultancy fee, minimum €490

Initial assessment within 2 business days, subject to scope and capacity confirmation.
+40% of consultancy fee, minimum €790
Express timing begins after written acceptance and receipt of the agreed initial information. It applies to the initial assessment, not completion of the entire compliance project. Manufacturer responses, product changes and laboratory testing have separate timelines. For complex machinery, only an accelerated initial scoping review is offered unless a different deliverable is expressly agreed. Business days for this service are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the service provider's stated business location.
External costs
Laboratory testing, specialist engineering, functional-safety calculations and validation, notified-body fees, travel, translations, registration charges and physical product modifications are separately quoted where required. We identify these needs and coordinate approved work. They are not treated as completed simply because they are excluded from the consultancy fee.
